How to Shop

Choose Product

Browse through the products in the categories of the Baxter-Kobe Florist Online Store. Once you have found the product you want to purchase, click on DETAILS, enter the quantity and click on ADD TO CART.

Check Out

Once you have finished shopping, proceed to CHECK OUT. The greeting: WELCOME, PLEASE SIGN IN will appear. If you already have a password, please login. New customers who have not signed in yet, please provide your Billing Information.

Customer Information

Please provide your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, password, sex, and birth date. Boxes with red * are all required information.

Enter the shipping address. If you have a special Instructions or comments about your order, please write them in the boxes shown here. When finished, click on CONTINUE CHECKOUT.

Payment Information

Please enter your payment method. We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club and JCB. Enter the card number, expiry date, and CVV number. For details on CVV number, click on MORE INFO.

Order Confirmation

Here you can reconfirm all the information you entered. If you want to change any information, please click EDIT. When you click on CONFIRM ORDER, the ordering process is complete.

Order Received

Once we receive your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. Please use the order number shown on the e-mail when inquiring about your order. We will send you a second e-mail, once we ship out your order. Your order history can be viewed in MY ACCOUNT.

If you are having trouble logging in then please try this method of deleting the cookies and cache.
PLEASE NOTE: This is for Internet Explorer Version 7. If you are using other versions of Internet Explorer then there is a possiblity that you can delete passwords and other such things that have been saved on you computer. Use this guide at your own risk.

First go to the tools tab and find "Internet Options"and click on it.
Inside Internet Options find the "Delete" tab under Browsing history and click on it.
There will be 5 choices to delete. Temporary Internet Files should be on top.
Click on "Delete files". It will ask if you are sure, click on yes
After that click on "Delete cookies"just under the Temporary Internet Files.
It will ask again if you are sure you want to delete the files. Click on Yes and
Click on close.

After finishing please close the browser and open a new one.
If, after opening a new browser page you still cannot log-in then please contact us and we will either help you log in or arrange another way of taking your order.

If you are having trouble logging in and you are using Mozilla Firefox version 3 please try this method of deleting the cookies and cache.
PLEASE NOTE: This guide is for Mozilla Firefox version 3. Other versions might have differen't methods and options of what to delete therefore deleting passwords and other such saved information. Use this guide at your own risk.

First click on the "Tools" tab located at the top of your screen next to bookmarks.
Inside Tools click on "Options"

Once there click on the "Privacy" tab located next to Applications.
Click on the "Settings"

tab located towards the bottom right of the window.
Inside there are many check marked boxes. Please make sure that the "Cache" and "Cookies" boxes have a check mark and click on "OK" .
After that just click on the tab "Clear Now" 3just below the Settings tab.
Click on "OK" at the bottom middle of the window.
After you have finished please close your browser page and open a new one.
If you still cannot log in then please contact us and we will either help you log in or take your order another way.
